Welcome to the i2 Discovery Cruise 2011, an IMTA production!
The i2 Cruise sets sail Saturday, October 8th, to Thursday, October 13th, 2011
aboard Royal Caribbean.
What is the I2 Discovery Cruise?
- IMTA has planned the i2 Discovery Cruise as a package event where aspiring actors, models, singers and dancers have the opportunity to compete and showcase their skills before a select group of international modeling and talent agents, managers and industry professionals, while also offering an unforgettable family vacation experience aboard Royal Caribbean's cruise ship.
- The i2 Discovery Cruise is a smaller, shorter alternative to IMTA's two week long Conventions which will continue to be produced in Los Angeles each January and in New York each July.
- How is the i2 Discovery Cruise different from an IMTA Convention?
Of course, the main difference is that the event takes place aboard a luxury cruise ship that offers a full slate of on-board activities for kids and adults, entertainment, food and drink, a casino, exotic ports-of-call, optional excursions, and much more!

Those registered as i2 Cruise Model/Talent Attendees will compete in a set of Model or Talent Events selected to best showcase their skills before invited industry VIPs, and be able to take advantage of educational, networking and Go-See opportunities with the agents and managers

Parents and guests may attend all Workshops and Seminars, observe all open Model/Talent Events (the singing and dancing preliminaries are closed) and attend the Talent Showcase and final Awards Event.

In the Model and Talent Events, Participants are divided by age only; males and females in an age group compete together.

One important benefit: The top overall i2 Cruise winner from each division category will be awarded a scholarship for registration fees, competitions and banquet fees to either a Los Angeles or New York IMTA Convention!
IMTA is inviting a select group of agents from all over the world to participate in the i2 Discovery Cruise.
